Should I switch to Ridgid? (Canadian Dollars)
So I've got a brushed Milwaukee Impact & Drill along with 3 1.5AH batteries (and $45 Chinese pruning saw 2 6AH Chinese Milwaukee knock offs which were dirt cheap).
Thing is I've stumbled upon this Ridgid deal which looks great for me. 5 tool combo, 2 4AH batteries. I already NEED a 6 1/2 circular saw and wanted a Sawzall as well, but Milwaukee was $199 for brushed versions of both until recently.
I can choose between $397 CAD for the brushed Ridgid kit which includes
-impact driver
-drill
-6 1/2 circular
-sawzall
-flashlight
-2 4AH batteries & charger
-big tool bag
OR
$256 CAD for brushed Milwaukee
-sawzall (bare tool)
-6 1/2 circular (bare tool)
Are Milwaukee brushed tools so much better that I should stay with them? Or do you think going with Ridgid is a good idea especially with the LSA I've heard about.
