Hi!!! I (mexican f) got approved for my pareja de hecho with my Spanish partner in Malaga. The next step is applying for the TIE but I’ve received confusing information online and was already scammed by a lawyer.

What are the documents that I need before attending my cita previa at the police station?

From what I’ve gathered there is:

- An online form

- Updated passport pictures

- ID (passport)

- Spanish partner ID (DNI)

- Empadronamiento for both of us

However, do they ask for insurance? Do I need to update my policy to include no copay?
