How much does smoking up 4-5 times a day affect weight loss journey?
I’ve been into gym for 4 years during my college days. Was playing football at college nationals too and have always been a football lover since childhood. Was strong, had abs and by year 4 had put on good size. Now i am 33 and have been smoking up and eating crap for 8-9 years. Got into it in my office life (was clean in my college).
I am 5’6”. I’ve gained a ton went from 69kg at my peak muscular self that time to 82 now. All fat. I’ve started my diet and workout again since a month now and already lost 1.5kg. What i cant do immediately is leave my smokes. It has always been 4-5 a day and it still is.
Any one experienced who smokes daily and still into fitness? Please advice how it will impact me physically and mentally, and how has your journey been.
