I really appreciate the benefits of the Eight Sleep, but product quality issues have reached a point that I’m moving on. First, the base unit started making intermittent high pitched noises — loud enough to wake us up. Then, it started to stop cooling in the middle of the night. After a lot of back and forth with support, they said we needed to buy a new base unit for $800. A multi thousand dollar product should last for more than several years. Especially one with a subscription.
