There is a Blurred figure in the last IGN Endgame deep dive that hints at someone familiar
Starting from 3:08 you can see a figure with shadow that holding a sword. At some point later there's a glimpse of a white cape and a bald/shaved head.
Considering Blizzard see this as important enough to censor, I'm about 99% sure this is Tyrael making his comeback.
