Hi everyone,

I recently attended an info session for the NYITCOM BMS program and wanted to hear directly from current or past students about your experience.

Specifically, I had a few questions:

What does the Scientific Foundations of Medicine course actually consist of (which subjects are emphasized and how in-depth is it)?
How is the curriculum structured week-to-week, and what does a typical schedule look like?
How are courses evaluated (exams vs quizzes vs assignments)?
Was maintaining the required 80% in each course realistic with consistent effort?
What study strategies worked best for you in this program?

I’d really appreciate any honest insight, especially regarding workload and what made students successful vs struggle.
