Trying to understand what actually matters in real work. If you had to pick one skill that helped you start getting clients or job offers faster, What would it be?

Feels like there is a new AI tool dropping every week, all claiming to save time or boost results, but most of them end up being the same or just don't fit into real work. When you are handling multiple accounts, it can get messy fast.
