Photography portfolio - need help

Hello everyone!

I am a professional photographer; I shoot portraits for magazines and also have personal work that I exhibit. I hired a freelancer to redesign my website with a priority on clean galleries featuring captions under each photo (the subject's name and, sometimes, a 'read more' button or a link). My developer used a Masonry layout for my portfolios. The problem is that I cannot choose the order in which my images are presented, which is obviously a major issue for my profession! I’ve been exploring Framer for two days now trying to find a solution that meets my needs. How can I achieve what I’m looking for? Do I need to buy plugins? Should I use the CMS? Do I have to do everything manually, even for dozens of photos? I am completely lost...

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to help me with this.

Have a great day!
