What are your guys' opinions on non-black individuals making black pess arguements?

I believe non-black individuals should not do some sort of performance while running these arguements but what is your guy's opinion on these individuals running anti-black arguments by themselves.

I saw a couple of teams running this K/k aff and I was wondering what is your guy’s thoughts about this aff/K
I’m just really confused on the method though so if someone would explain it it would be great. Like what is “wake work?”
