I kept wondering why I suddenly needed a pillow on my forehead just to sleep. Then I saw this memory. Maybe grief is just love looking for familiar comfort.
It has been less than a year since you left, but I still cannot sleep without something resting on my forehead. Even if it is just a pillow or my own arm.
I guess my body still remembers you. 🐾
