i just got my first ever macbook air today, and i noticed a visible strip/jagged edge at the top of the screen glass. the sides look normal and fully black, but the top edge looks slightly uneven or different.
it’s not noticeable on dark backgrounds, but when i shine a flashlight on it, you can see it more clearly. not sure if this is normal or a defect.
update: i just got it replaced!
