[USA] How to ask if an internship will be paid?
Hello! I'm an undergraduate student who was lucky enough to secure an internship at a psych clinic. I shadowed there for a semester last fall and formed a really close relationship with the doctors. Because I loved working there so much, I asked if there were any more opportunities at the doctor's clinic. She immediately responded and reoffered the internship she'd brought up last fall.
I'm very excited, but also lowkey curious if this will be a paid internship. I don't know if that is a thing at my stage, but I don't want to come off as greedy or overzealous. Do undergrad psych interns usually get paid? I always work during the summer, so this would be a big shift for me financially. But yeah. If anyone has any input, I'd appreciate it :)
