(Current Junior in HS) Need help improving my transcript for college

I feel like my ECs, grades, and classes I'm taking right now are very mediocre compared to my peers. Is there a way I can improve?

Going the pre-med pathway to become a Radiologist MD (Probably Biochemistry or Biology)

(Based in TX) Top Colleges:

  1. UT Austin (Reach)
  2. Baylor University (Target)
  3. Texas A&M (Target)
  4. TCU (Target)
  5. UTD (Safety?)

And these are schools I've considered, but feel like I'm way under qualified to be in (obviously): Stanford, John Hopkins, Rice University, Yale

(Rank 103/494) 3.7 UW GPA, 3.9 W

56 hours of volunteering (53 hrs gained from this year alone)

Vietnamese, Middle-Class, but currently more low-income (on free & reduced lunch program now)

Leadership Roles:

- (~2-3 Years) Interact Officer, Social Relations/Social Media Head:

Raised $464 for my local community's park & rec foundation AND our Interact club ($928 total). Also helped provide books to Africa through Libraries of Love; along with assembling 25 filled backpacks with hygiene and school supplies for children in foster care ranging from elementary to high school. Earlier this year, we also hosted a clothes drive to donate warm clothes for a homeless shelter.

- (~2 Years) FCCLA Officer, Social Relations/Social Media Head:

Horse Empowered Learning Programs (H.E.L.P) Baskets - Helped assemble and provide baskets with care/wellness items for people with disabilities.

Developed research and critical thinking skills through weekly essays, presentations, and sometimes seminar papers.

- (2 Years) JV Tennis: Learned discipline through training and practice, as well as good sportsmanship in a high school team setting

- (~2 Years) Athletic Training: Gained AED+CPR Certification, gaining hands on experience in sports medicine.

- Chosen for RYLA from my local Rotary Club (only 3 students out of my whole school district chosen)

- Nominated for my district's leadership experience as a campus ambassador in a superintendent-led network to influence district-wide decision-making.

- FCCLA 1st Place Regionals onto state for Fashion Design 2 (with no prior knowledge in sewing)

- Catholic Confirmation: Completed 2 years of weekly religious education (CCD) classes and retreats. Led group discussions during final preparation and completed service hours for local nonprofits.
