How many people have ALOT of gas? Ever since my biopsy (endo scope) I have really bad gas lol.

I’m supposed to go on a date this weekend. 🤣🤣 any ideas how to stop it . Sounds like a trumpet lol. I have mylanta i don’t think it works .

The nurse practitioner switched my meds from Prilosec to Nexium . Because my success with Prilosec was working.

I’m recommended the next step of tests .

If anyone has suggestion for gas I would be forever grateful!

So I sent my gastro nurse practitioner a my chart message . Asking if I can please have the scope done in place of the Dysmotility Manometry . I didn’t know this was offered until last night when I was reading the posts. My anxiety won’t allow me to sit for the other test. I don’t want to say old fashioned.

Anyway , she acted surprised when I asked. Because she didn’t offer it to me. If I wouldn’t have read these threads I would have had no idea.

She gave me my test results via my chart and said what the next steps were. Which were those two tests (ph)

How do they perform the PH test do that put that in after the scope is finished . While I’m under?

My therapist and psychiatrist work at the same hospital and looked at her notes. And my psychiatrist said “they can see you’re a psyche patient and the diagnosis. She should have scheduled me for scope . “.

I was able to blend my chicken tonight . It was gross but idc. I was craving meat it’s been three months .

I had that and pierogis the only thing I ate really fast I am paying the price. It hurts . I’m drinking water. Just so everyone knows I binge eat and I believe this is why I ended up having my issue . This is the first day I binged in 4 months . I’m hungry ! I won’t do it again the burning and pain , also feels like food is stuck . I learned my lesson. Maybe I can’t eat puréed chicken . Or I ate too much.

I’m taking 40 mg of Prilosec from the gastro doctor . I have been scoped and an esophagram. I have MTHRFKR and Pepcid stops the making of hystamine . Does anyone take both . What time of day . I have been taking mylanta in the morning . The pain is awful. My voice is horse and hard to talk (gerd most likely) I take mylanta after dinner . It does work . I wish the NP would message or call me back . I’m trying to get the PH and the other test scheduled . My neighbor is taking off work and she needs to tell her boss. I feel bad asking ppl to lose days .
