Laser tongue tie release in Toronto "[ca]",

Hi everyone,

I am FTM and my daughter is 7 weeks old. on the day she was born, she was diagnosed with a tongue tie, her tongue was stuck at the mouth floor and was released by a pediatrician at the hospital with scissor. I tried to breastfeed her with no success as i had so much pain on nipples. she is gaining weight however she clicks a lot at the bottle and on nipples when I try to breastfeed her.

We saw some LC and a pediatrician some weeks after the release and they told us that her tongue tie is reattached and now she needs to cut it with laser. I am SUPER SCARED to have her doing it because of the complications I have read online. the pediatrician scored her tongue 3.5 out 8 and 5 is the normal level.

My first question is if you have any recommendations in Toronto on where to do the release? thy suggested to go at Brite and Bite to dr. Green. And my second question is if you had any bad outcomes after the procedure. Also, if you didn’t go for the procedure, did your child have any speech delays or feeding issues with solids?
