Need Advice on State U Change of Grades
Guys, may probability pa ba na ma change ang grade after 2-3 years? I was a transferee from a state u, and before I transferred I clearly asked my teacher to change the grade, and she said yes naman daw. But after 2 years, hindi pa rin na change and I transferred na, now, may probability ba na ma change pa?
