Re-introduced fruit into the diet and brain went to sludge
I’m not sure what it is but I haven’t been eating fruits at all and have just been eating meat, rawmilk, raw cheeses and occasionally organs and seafood. I recently started eating papaya and cantaloupe and now I can not focus at all and having a very hard time concentrating on things and mental state is very weird.
not sure what it is as I still have carbs from milk / cheese.
