Needs a name! (My picks ate in the text below)

This sweet boy needs a name!
I have it narrowed down to three options, but I just can't decide!!
He's a little chaos gremlin and, despite being a raccoon (called "Waschbär" in Germany - "Washbear") he hates getting wet & swimming.
The names + meaning of them:
Bix — Not really an actual name but words are made up anyways!! Short, bouncy, slightly chaotic. Feels like a creature that gets into trouble and then acts innocent.
Vex — Means “to annoy/confuse”. Really fitting for a little chaos-maker.
Pex — In old linguistic roots, -pex / -pexus can connect to Latin ideas of combed / arranged / woven together (very obscure, not a common name origin). Modern association: it sounds like “peck” or “pixie”, so it gives a tiny, quick, curious energy. Vibe: small, nimble, clever little thing.
