I’m from Louisiana and am wanting to apply for an out-of-state visitor’s card, but the way our program works is all the “recommendations” (med cards) are done electronically and sent over to our local “pharmacy” (dispensary) meaning none of us have any actual physical documentation. What would I need to provide in terms of docs on the application so I know what to ask my dispensary for?
