Herman Miller denying warranty claim
These cloudy spots have been slowly appearing on my chrome base and getting worse over time. Chair is form 2020. I called HM today and tried to open a warranty claim.
The lady on the phone (before sending pictures) asked me if I had tried to clean them, I said "Yes, I tried water, dish soap and lastly vinegar but nothing worked."
Now they denied the claim saying it appears to have been caused by a hard detergent such as vinegar. Huh?
