What's the difference between paint pens and acrylic markers?

Hi I'm curious are paint pens and acrylic markers different? I thought they were the same because they both have acrylic paint. Also here's some acrylic/ paint markers art I did

Sketchbook art

Most of the stickers I got from Etsy. Except the peach jam one. I made that one . I use all kinds of art mediums. I used acrylic markers,water soluble wax pastels and oil pastels.
