I was falsely terminated due to my account being hacked.

I sent multiple appeals and support tickets and all of them gave me the same response. (Photo attached). I have told them so many times that I can’t appeal my account being deleted through their app and they don’t seem to listen.

Is there anything else I can do to get them to listen or get in terminated 🫩
