Hi, I am 8wk 3d and morning sickness started to kick in now. Previously it was only if so take my prenatal on empty stomach so I stopped and started taking it after breakfast. But now as it’s 8wk I can’t stand it at all, I even tried taking it after 2nd breakfast as am vomiting all morning and feel nauseous even when I drink water.
As of now even when I take it after 2nd breakfast I still throw out everything along with all the breakfast I had. This way I will not be able to keep any food down.
Now my nausea last morning till night, so as soon as I feel normal after a meal I take my vitamins. But today that is also not working.

Any tips on how to keep food down? Or what to avoid after taking medicine?
Am not able to eat anything more than a small bowl in whole day and am worried if that’s gonna harm baby.

Hi, I rent a condo in owner based condominium. We signed a lease in November for a year however, both hubby and I got a job in another far away city so this location is not gonna work out. Additionally I am due in November, so we want to have a less travel time for both of us in order to work this out. We decided to terminate the lease and gave our two month notice, which makes June as our last month of occupancy.
Landlord is asking for penalty to be paid in a month of June . So landlord is going to use the last month rent towards June and want another payment equal to half rent exact to be paid in June as well.
Is this fair? Landlord claims that it has to be used towards advertising and other losses that they are gonna take. Also claiming that they are still loosing equal to half month from their own pocket even after we pay the penalty.
On top of that landlord agent told our agent that we are lucky that landlord is not asking for all the rent up to the year end as they could very much do that. Making us believing that half rent penalty is easy way out.
How does this make sense?
Chat GPT says it is not a reasonable amount and that it only takes a couple hundred $ in Mississauga to advertise it on rental websites. Not sure how landlord is calculating it as exact as half month rent.

Edit: June is last month of occupancy
