When played sequencing
Question about When played sequencing.
Scenario: I have a full board and my raid target Juzo is on energy line. If i raid and want to push Juzo up to front line thus removing one to my removal area. Does the 'When Played' effect snapshot once it touched on Energy Line before moving up or after? I want to ensure i can pop a 4k body, otherwise it would be a 3.5k or less pop.
