I recently purchased a Gen bezel from ebay, with a gen crystal and gen gasket.

I removed the crystal on the vsf pepsi v3 126710, installed the gen one with the gen gasket, used the vsf retention ring. I used the vsf spring and metal disk and snapped in the gen bezel. I lubed everything with fombulin after cleaning all the parts. The bezel barely turns its super hard to actuate. The bezel came with gen gasket. Here are pictures of the parts. The question I have is the retention ring the issue? Or is it the spring? Should I get a full gen gasket assembly?

This is a VSF v3 GMT Master 2 with DD3285 movement customized with a GEN rolex parachrom balance wheel. I thought you guys would find this intresting.
