Bolt Hardhat Attachment Question

I have a hardhat with the bolt attachment system. I want to add hearing protection, but I would like the active hearing protection capability. The bolt ear muffs are only passive. Does milwaukee make an option for this or is anyone aware if other brands like peltor make bolt system compatible active hearing protection for less than $150? I like the bolt system for other attachments and I wanna stay with this hardhat.

Hi all, background here: I’m american living in america, but I have relatively recent (only a few generations removed) Irish ancestors. I’ve lately begun to really deconstruct how whiteness as a concept is a part of the racist construct of colonialism, and how this has also robbed me and my family of my identity since my ancestors settled in america on stolen land.

I really want to reconnect with this heritage and learn more about it, especially since I strongly identify with the Irish struggle against imperialism. I would like to learn Gaelic and visit Ireland at some point, but where else do I start? Any book or podcast recommendations for learning more about Ireland and Irish history would be welcomed! Tiocfaidh ár lá.

Just what I carry concealed on my person everyday. Work or personal life, always on me.

Full IFAK (chest seals, hemostatix gauze, z fold gauze, NPA, CAT7 TQ, CPR face shield, shears, trauma/MARCH card, gloves, duck tape, roll gauze) in an elastic ankle pouch; quite comfortable and a great easily accessible location that fits under my pant leg. Tenicor magnus sol holster; it is meant for AIWB, but I run it strong side and really enjoy it - absolutely fantastic, great retention and adjustability. I also have an extra mag/holster with the snakestaff systems ETQ tourniquet attached to it. POM clip model pepper spray, wallet, keys, zippo lighter, and a leatherman wingman. The wingman is a favorite out of my multitools for EDC.

The gun is a gen5 glock 49 MOS (a continuation of the 17.5) - basically a 19 frame that has a 17 length slide. Streamlight TLR1-HL and a holosun SCS (green) - other than this and the grip tape I added, completely stock. Found that the grip tape is a good compromise between aggressive stippling that will scrape the hell out of my skin, while also providing extra traction for sweaty hands in the warmer months. Also, have a phone here too because I carry a work phone and a personal phone daily.

Yes, it is a lot of shit. I should probably get a sturdier belt, but my leather belts handle this alright for now. Any belt recommendations are appreciated, just not looking to break the bank.
