Lets hear your thoughts on this? Its unfortunate but im sire we have all worked with someone during our military service that just dont know how to their job because they get complacent.

The early mornings, the constantly getting yelled at or the lack communication that you had with the outside world or the physical fitness, whatever it is we want to know about it.Let us know in the comments.
