Big air stability…?

I built a very solid career and achieved nice stability, but then because of that, recently my small twitchy DJ started scaring me a bit (the Radio on the second picture), before if I crashed on my bike because I made an error, I would think much about it, but now when clients really depend on me I don’t want to risk anything.

But I still love to get some big air, so I was thinking maybe the small DJ built for spinning isn’t going to cut it anymore… bigger is usually less twitchy

so I wish for more stability in the air, here are 5 things that came to my mind:

- now will just getting a bigger DJ frame do enough? (I always tried to get frames as short as possible in the past, so I don’t even know what a big frame will change)

- do I go to 27.5 inch wheels like on Specialized P4 for example?

- or do I maybe need a full-sus Slopestyle frame? (Polygon Trid ZZ, Trek Ticket S…)

- buy a big bike like Dartmoor Jibbird (basically 140mm/150mm full 27.5 slopestyle inspired trail bike) and put slick tires on? (as seen on first photo)

- and last one, I own Santa Cruz 5010… do I buy some slick tires and try using that?

some good opinion or experience will really be nice…

thanks in advance :)
