What's the boundary between an owner being a "meddler," and an owner expressing a legit opinion?

For instance, let's say the general manager and head coach really want to sign a talented free agent player, but the owner believes the player is a locker room cancer and will ruin the culture. If the owner opposes the signing, is it "meddling"?

If GM and coaching salaries are uncapped, could an NFL owner offer massive bonus incentives for winning a Super Bowl?

Let's use Jerry Jones as an example. The Cowboys are the richest team, and Jerry is one of the most desperate owners with one of the longest championship droughts. In fact, Dallas has not been to a conference title game since 1995.

Could Jerry offer head coaches, GM a normal salary, and then, on top of it, offer something like: "$20 million one-time bonus for reaching NFC title game, $40 million one-time bonus for reaching Super Bowl, and $60 million one-time bonus for winning a Super Bowl?"

Assuming that Jerry has the money to do it, would league rules prohibit it?

Going to spend 4 days in Salt Lake City for a business trip, any apnea tips for high altitude?

I have no choice but to go; the trip is mandatory. It's required by my company.

I have severe OSA with 37 events per hour, I will bring my CPAP but I've never managed to fall asleep with the CPAP on and I don't expect I can sleep with it while in Utah either.

Salt Lake City is 4,400 feet elevation. Should I bring supplemental oxygen? Use some prescribed med for altitude sickness? Bring Oura ring, FitBit, pulse oximeter?

I've never been to high altitude before, and I heard my body may take in 13% less oxygen this way than when at sea level.

In general, should a head coach be paid twice as much as a GM, and is his job twice as hard?

How much more important and harder is the job of an HC compared to a GM? It seems at least 2x as hard, the GM's job at least could all be done from inside an office, and the GM doesn't have to be out there motivating players or planning game strategy?

Objectively, is American football the most complex sport in the world?

Wonder if anyone can think of another sport in the world that is as intricate as NFL football. I think baseball and rugby may be the other two sports as prone to confusing a newbie.
