What du guys think of games in general?
Since google play has introduced paid apps and games also with Mongolian currency, indie gaming is easily accessible through most of platforms nowadays. Im glad that many of great indie games were in paid section and is affordable🙂
The thing is im kind of ick towards this “follow the majority” culture games such as mobile legends, Pubg, standoff etc. especially when those games are full of microtransactions and people are like wasting their money on in game currencies is bit sad. No wonder people are addicted to it because it is a slot machine.
Well im not saying that you must stop playing
Rather I want you to know that gaming isn’t have to be only those live service ones. Gaming is a journey that can take you to their worldview, their creative vision, and artistic expression all put into a form of immersive act. Our joy and happy moments we had in our life times, the nostalgia of memories of playing, make us connect with each other, thing that single handedly defines our generation it is.
As a future video game dev, video game essayist myself i hope our generation could see videogame as an art form that is there to be appreciated rather than short dopamine rush with too much exploitative competitiveness.
