Opinion on Replacement

Went for first routine service at the dealership and tech found sidewall dry rot as well as a nail in driver rear tire, do not recommend patching due to “the dry rot and the type of tire used”. Got home and found the passenger Rear also has a screw in it.

I bought the vehicle from same dealership with Ford Gold Certified CPO about 3 months ago. I’ve driven it roughly 3000 miles now. The tire pressure has been consistent for all four tires.
