Hello Everyone,

I have recently started a job (01.04.) which I am planning to quit soon for various reasons (Overall quality of life, nature of the job, better employment alternative found, etc..) and I would like to ask how should I proceed?

I am just planning to write a resignation letter and hand it to HR, but what else should I do/tell them? should I give them reasons, should the chef/team be informed by me or HR? what should I expect?
