Humble Brag - So Close, Yet So Far
I genuinely thought this was impossible for me, until I finally locked in to getting 1-2 hours extra sleep each night. Feeling good - that’s the important bit, not some arbitrary numbers.
Still, thank you Bevel, for showing me the error of my ways. My AW is too old for the Apple sleep metrics so I really appreciate it.
