I only recently started watching this show on paramount and I’m shocked at how long the audition process is. I have a background in dance (musical theatre and ballet) and even for Broadway, which is insanely competitive, the audition process is not this drawn out. While there are usually several rounds of callbacks, it’s not the kind of thing where you have to put your entire life on hold to go to daily training camp two months with no pay and no guarantee of a job at the end of it. Is this typical for NFL dance teams or is this just something they do for the reality show drama?
