retroachievements - added N64 / Master System / Game Gear / Gameboy / Gameboy Color

Mister is now the best platform to play N64 retroachievements! I've never had the n64 core crash, and it runs smoother/faster than original hardware. I've had n64 software emus of all sorts crash on me countless times.

Adding hardcore seems possible, but probably a big effort. For people who don't know, hardcore mode is MOSTLY enforced on the client side. We'd have to lock down the functionality during hardcore mode AND make it tough for someone to reverse engineer those efforts to be able to cheat on the hardcore leaderboards. Retroarch is also open source so the FOSS nature of the mister is not a dealbreaker, but I wouldn't be surprised to hear that all you'd need is an alternate mister binary that simply didn't disable those features. Retroarch is a lot harder to build from source than mister.

Personally I think the whole point of retroachievements is about hardcore mode, not because I'm a sweat, but because it forces you to treat the game like a real cartridge, no save states, etc. It's easy to forget just how unforgiving and brutal many of these games were when you were a child. You can of course choose to not use save states willingly, but there is something different about having the temptation removed completely. I hope someone figures it out.

It seems that save states are not a requirement for this. I assumed that copying the entirety of the memory would roughly translate to only the cores that had save states, but seems not! (MD and PSX don't have save states).
