After 30 hours, I just found my first Legendary Joker.
Seems like I remember seeing something about Legendary Jokers when I was browsing through the trophy list several weeks ago, but once I started playing the game I quickly forgot about them. It was one of those moments that just comes out of nowhere, followed by being shocked and amazed. Very cool. Probably would have never beaten Cerulean Bell if this guy hadn't shown up. The art work on these cards is amazing too.
