This is the place for Carvana complaints, right? I've got one... I was in between the "yes, I'll take it" and signing the papers parts and I asked what the status was since we were over the 24-48 hours they told me to wait. Carvana said that the dealer is currently using it as a loaner and it won't be available until later this month AND it will have about 5,000 miles on it. WTF is going on here? Does Carvana not talk with the dealerships? I noped out of the deal and want everyone to know that the process is iffy at best.
