Anybody have a crafty solution for protecting the wires coming out of the blue battery connector?

After contacting them through their support, I got a response telling me they weren't going to do anything about my $150 in rewards that I earned. I also gave them the full card numbers to prove I don't have a chance to use them.
Here's what they said: "Even if a number is ported in at the start of service, the “unlock eligibility” section will still show as incomplete until all three sub-requirements are fulfilled."
My issue was that the other requirements were met, but the port-in requirement showed up as not being met, despite using the ported numbers on day one.
Apparently I was supposed to contact them, instead of being patient and waiting for the port-in requirement to show up as a green checkmark. They also asked for any screenshots of support chats that I would have had previously, if I had them.
I'd suggest contacting them every month you don't have your referral to see if they'll honor it, even when it incorrectly shows the referral as not meeting all requirements. Screenshot everything.
I'm out $150 because I didn't jump through these hoops.
