results on 15mg of ostarine week 1
Better pumps and looking fuller but no gains and lost a some fat I will increase it to 22.5mg this week and add 30mg of s4 the next week with the 22.5mg the cycle will be 8weeks long
I will share progress pics next week too
And forgot to mention that I’ve been training for 10months only

I just started using ostarine yesterday I will do 15mg of it only for a week then add 35mg of s4 for 8-9weeks and this is my day 1 pic will add update pictures in week 4-5 and week8
