Planning on coming to Furnance Fest for the first time this year! I've never been to Birmingham and am considering how long I want to make my trip. Are there ever like pre party's/kickoff events the day before Furnance Fest? Or is there anything fun in general to do in Birmingham that would justify staying an extra day or two?

Does anyone live in the area surrounding CommonSpirit Hospital? Was wondering what the noise levels were at night with emergency vehicles. Debating on moving to the 15th and Linden area
