I got her at S1 but i don't understand how she's better than shorekeeper, since alot of ppl say that.

Also i have shorekeeper at S2, but I'm fine if you still compare her to Shorekeeper's S0.

Is it a general increase to everyone in the team or is it a debuff to the enemy, so only that enemy takes more dmg.

She does mark an enemy with her heavy atk and then there's an eye in her ult afterwards.

Is that the debuff? I got her S1 if that helps!
