My brain can't follow with this.

I know how to solve it and how it works, but my brain can't follow 🙈

I can't to save my own life see what this is.

I know it's a steriogram but I can't see it and when it's an alternating gif that just make it even harder 🙈

I'm lost for words on this one.

Any hints of how to solve this is greatly appreciated.
