Since I drive mine so much I use reg as it doesn't sit in the tank and engine very long and a tank of fuel gets flushed through pretty quickly. I don't use additives either.

I've never had any knocking issues with reg so I really don't see the need to go mid or especially Premium.

Maybe it's different for cars that sit and only get taken out once or twice a month.

That's my thinking anyway.

I'd be interested to hear from you all your fuel grade and thoughts....

I have a replacement rear decal ready to go, but for the life of me I can't seem to get the old one off.

I've tried the heat gun and some type of goofoff but so far no luck.

Has anyone done this successfully and if so how did you do it?.

When I moved here to LR 2 years ago with my '86 944 Turbo I wasn't sure I'd be able to find a shop for repairs and maintenance.

Boy was I wrong. Rick at Perfection Plus is just fantastic.

And I was very surprised at just how many 911 aircooled aficionados that are in LR.
