GTX-I is one of the more interesting Nav activator compounds (often grouped with veratridine or aconitine class activity via site 2 behavior), but most discussion I find is either poison case summaries or scattered animal data.

I’m specifically looking for better primary references on: isoform specificity (if known), kinetics/state dependence, clean analytical quant (LC-MS/HPLC workflows) for GTX congeners

If you’ve got a solid review or classic paper that actually maps the mechanism beyond clinical tox, please drop it. Not asking for sourcing, just the literature.
