I’m not sure how to tell but all I know is that it’s been off and on especially right after doing vocals I do hybrid vocals like vein.fm. What can I do to heal it faster whatever it is and how do I tell if it’s burning in my throat or vocals cords cus it’s burning in throat and a very little at the top of my chest

Anyone know any good throat coat teas to buy off Amazon cus I need some. I’m not trying destroy my vocals cus I do like hybrid screams a good example is I sound like the vocals in vein.

I do vocals like the band vein.fm and recently my voice feels weaker etc and I want to know in the future how can I protect my voice better. Like certain warmups or things to buy. Because I don’t wanna quit screaming because it feels like a key part of who I am.
