I feel significantly better than last week, not sore anymore swelling has gone down in my scrotum. Off of antibiotics and pain meds. My dick is still pretty heavy and hard tho. Kind of challenging to conceal in clothes. The “bruise” on my balls ended up scabbing so I’m keeping that dry and clean but there is no erosion so that’s good.
