Wondering if someone could offer some tips

I have a 16 inch radical AR15. I am using the partisan disrupter frt and am getting light primer strikes. I am using an H3 5.4 OZ with weights inside(budget one) and stock spring. I have tried everything including using a 10.5 upper and an 8.5 upper both with full auto bcg. before this i had a hoffman, same problems. it worked one singular time then never again. even put my friends buffer spring in to see if it would work. running out of solutions. Thanks to whoever comments
