25mm Kingspan Thermal board with plenty of aluminium tape. 3 way corner brackets I printed with bolts going all the way through.
Exhaust fan with thermal probe. Perspex Door to finish off. I need to find a good latch/lock mechanism for the door and to add some foam insulation tape around the door so when it closes it will be flush. Could easily hold another 2 or 3 Ace Pros on top.

Waiting on some black vinyl to wrap the outside up. Make it look a bit softer than a shiny box.
