fix this ONEE thing and every sub you listen to will hit HARDER!!

gonna keep this one short because i think ive been writing novels lol

if theres ONE thing i'd want every person who want to manifest is to understand its this:

your subconscious already has a sub running (i call it the og sub). 24/7. since you were a kid. and its made up of every thought youve repeatedly had about yourself.

"im not pretty enough." "people dont really like me." "good things dont happen to people like me." "ill never have enough money." "im always the second choice."

those thoughts? thats your original subliminal. you built it yourself over years without realising it. and its been playing on loop in the background of your mind shaping everything you experience.

now you found a youtube sub that says "i am beautiful" and "i am the first choice" and you listen to it for 45 minutes a day. cool.

but for the other 23 hours and 15 minutes? your old sub is still playing. your inner voice is still running those same negative affs. and its been running them for YEARS. it has way more repetition. way more emotional weight. way more momentum.

so your new sub is in a fight. 45 minutes of "i am worthy" vs 23 hours of "im not good enough." who do you think wins?

this is why self concept work is not optional. its not a luxury. its not something you do after you get results. its the thing that makes results POSSIBLE.

when you work on your self concept youre basically turning down the volume on that old sub. youre catching those negative thoughts and replacing them. youre weakening the opposition. and the more you weaken it the less your new sub has to fight. until eventually your new sub is the loudest voice in the room and everthing shifts.

so before you switch subs. before you try a new maker. before you add a booster or a flush or extend your playlist. just ask yourself:

what is my old sub saying? what are the thoughts i think about myself on autopilot every day? and am i doing anything to change those?

because THAT is the sub that matters most. the one you built yourself. fix that one and every other sub you ever listen to will work 10x faster.

i make customs at https://innercast.app and even then i tell them the same thing. the customs are powerful but impact is only going to be as powerful as your self concept allows it to be. do both and youre unstoppable. but if you only want to do one, do the self concept work. always.

thats it. hasshhhhh less typing today🤍

why you see people get results from the same sub and you didn't

why you see people get results from the same sub and you didn't

something i see on here constantly is people asking "which sub maker is the best" or "which sub actually works" like theres one magic audio thats gonna change everything. and i get it because i used to think the same way. i was out here switching subs every 4 days like a maniac thinking i just hadnt found The One yet.

but after making subs for hundreds of people and tracking what actually produces results heres what i've figured out. the sub itself is maybe 20% of the equation. the other 80% is you. and i dont mean that in a blame-y way i mean it mechanically.

Why the same sub works for one person and not another

person A listens to a self concept sub for 3 weeks and their whole life shifts. person B listens to the same sub for 3 months and nothing. same audio. same affs. same frequencies. completely different results.

the difference is almost always one of these three things:

1. their starting self concept is different

person A already kinda believes good things are possible for them. maybe not fully but enough that the affs dont face massive resistance. the sub just reinforces and deepens whats already partially there. its like watering a seed thats already sprouted.

person B deep down believes theyre unworthy, unlucky, not the type of person things work out for. every aff the sub sends hits a wall of existing contradicting beliefs. its like trying to plant in concrete. the sub isnt broken. the soil is.

this is why self concept work matters so much. not as a nice bonus but as the literal foundation that determines whether any other sub can work.

2. their listening habits are different

person A listens to this one sub consistently every day for 3 weeks. maybe overnight, maybe during the day, but its the same sub on repeat. those affs get heard thousands of times. repetition builds belief.

person B has this sub in a playlist with 30 others. it gets played once per cycle, maybe a few minutes of listening before the next sub starts. the affs barely get repeated at all. no repetition means no belief formation. no belief means no results.

3. their relationship to the outcome is different

person A listens and goes about their day. theyre not checking the mirror every morning. theyre not journaling "day 14 still no results." they assumed its working and moved on. can't say this enough, just assume and move on.

person B is obsessed with tracking results. checking every day. getting frustrated. that frustration and checking is actively affirming "it hasnt worked yet" which is its own affirmation running on repeat in their conscious mind. and the conscious mind is LOUD. it can drown out what the sub is trying to do.

so what actually makes a sub "work"?

based on everything ive seen:

repetition. the same affs, repeated consistently, over enough time for the subconscious to accept them. this means fewer subs, not more. one or two subs, played regularly, for weeks.

specificity. affs that actually describe what YOU want, not a vague concept. the more specific the aff the less your subconscious has to interpret and the faster it can accept it as a belief.

no internal contradiction. if the sub says "i am worthy" but your inner voice spends 16 hours a day saying "im not good enough" the inner voice wins. it has way more repetition. self concept work levels this playing field.

detachment. not in a "pretend you dont care" way but in a "i already know this is mine so why would i stress about it" way. the version of you who already has the thing doesnt obsessively check for it. be that version now.

the part most people skip

before you evaluate whether a sub "works" ask yourself honestly:

am i listening to it consistently enough for the affs to actually get absorbed? or am i spreading my listening across 30 different subs?

do the affs in this sub actually match my specific goal? or are they adjacent but not quite right?

what is my self concept right now? if im being honest do i actually believe i deserve what im trying to manifest?

am i checking for results constantly? am i affirming "its not working" with my own thoughts while the sub tries to affirm the opposite?

if the answer to any of those is a bit off then thats your answer. not just the sub. YOU. and thats actually good news because you is something you can definitely fix.

what can you do about this

make sure that the affs are specific goal from the start so we eliminate the mismatch problem. but i always tell people the same thing: the audio is only going to work as fast as your self concept allows it to. if youre fighting it internally the best custom sub in the world is going to be slower than it should be.

thats why i always recommend running self concept affs alongside whatever specific goal youre working on. clear the soil first. then plant the seeds.

the same principles are applied to any subs created, the mechanics are the same. YOU

hope this helps someone. i could talk about this stuff all day lol , i'll add this post to someone who asked exactly same question while i was writing this.

if you're reading this, hope this helps you lovely🤍
