






31 F, 5ft 3 and 75kg - sometimes I feel slim and other times I feel obese
I think I’m technically obese according to BMI charts (although I know they’re outdated). Some days I honestly feel slim and others I feel absolutely huge (the last two photos are taken a day apart on the same holiday for example!). I get a lot of the difference is angles etc but I find it really hard to know if I’m actually fat. I go to the gym a lot but eat what I want. I think I already know the answer but need to hear it from strangers to really give myself a kick up the butt.
